Frequently Asked Questions

Does the fee cover airfare or airport shuttle?

No, the fee does not include airfare or shuttle. You will need to arrange your transportation to Breckenridge. Once you arrive, we take care of everything.

Are meals included?

Yes! All meals are included and thoughtfully curated by Miriam Hahn, a plant-based wellness coach and recipe developer. Enjoy nourishing, delicious meals designed to fuel your body and enhance your retreat experience.

What other activates besides trail running will we be doing?

In addition to trail running, our retreat offers yoga, sound baths, group warm-ups and stretching, strength training for runners, and guided mental growth workshops. You'll also enjoy a vision board workshop, fireside chats, and a wine-blending party to celebrate the weekend.

Where are we staying?

You'll be staying in a beautiful mountain home with three king bedrooms, one double bedroom, and one three-bed room. If two friends sign up together and share a king room, they’ll receive a discounted rate. Enjoy a cozy, welcoming space perfect for relaxation and connection!

Do we need a car?

No car is needed! We recommend taking a shuttle to Breckenridge, and we’ll provide all transportation throughout your stay for a seamless and stress-free experience.

What if I'm not a wine drinker?

Our final night is a celebration featuring a wine blending experience, where you'll create your own custom bottle to take home. Non-drinkers are welcome! Enjoy the great company and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages while soaking in the fun and camaraderie.

How old do you have to be to join?

Our trail running retreat is designed for women over 50, creating a space to connect, learn, and inspire one another. This is more than just a retreat—it’s a chance to bond with like-minded women, share experiences, and embrace the joy of movement, growth, and community.

What else will we receive during our stay?

Every participant will receive a Vitality Women’s Trail Running Retreat sweatshirt, water bottle, and journal—plus a few special surprises along the way!

What if I'm the slowest runner?

No worries! Our group is all about support—no one gets left behind. With three coaches positioned at the front, middle, and back, you'll always have encouragement and company. We’re in this together!

Should I be concerned about running at altitude?

No need to worry! We’ll adjust accordingly to ensure a smooth experience. Altitude naturally affects pace, so we’ll run by effort, not the clock. Walking when needed is absolutely okay, and we’ll stay hydrated with plenty of water and electrolytes. Your comfort and well-being come first!
